How to Use and Redeem a Crocs Gift Card: Step-by-Step Guide for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and the UAE

To use a Crocs gift card, you apply the card number (and PIN, where one is issued) as a payment method — either at the payment step of a Crocs online checkout, or by presenting the code to a cashier in a Crocs store. Crocs' own gift card terms state that the card loads a value that acts as pre-payment for merchandise at Crocs-owned stores, Crocs-owned kiosks, and on the Crocs website, and the e-gift card page run by Crocs' card processor describes e-gift cards as redeemable online or in store. The important caveat, and the reason to read the rest of this page: Crocs operates through different entities in different markets, and the cards are country-locked. A card issued for one country generally cannot be spent in another.

Step-by-step: redeeming online

This is the flow described on the Crocs storefronts and by resellers of the brand's cards. Exact button labels change between site versions, so treat the labels as approximate and the sequence as reliable.

  1. Open the correct Crocs storefront for your country. In the Gulf, Crocs is operated by Apparel Group and the online store is crocsgulf.com, which serves the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. Using the US site (crocs.com) with a Gulf-issued card will not work.
  2. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Complete the delivery details, then continue to the payment step.
  4. Look for a gift card, voucher, or store credit field. Enter the card number, then the PIN if your card has one.
  5. Select Apply. The gift card value should be deducted from the order total on screen before you confirm.
  6. If the order costs more than the card, pay the difference with another accepted method. The crocsgulf.com FAQ lists Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Tabby, Apple Pay, cash on delivery and store credit as payment options.
  7. Place the order and keep the confirmation email until the goods have arrived and any return window has closed.

One honest uncertainty: the crocsgulf.com FAQ payment list does not name "gift card" explicitly, while the same site's reward points page says points can be combined with other payment methods including gift cards. The two pages do not fully agree, so if you are buying specifically to spend online in the GCC, confirm with Crocs Gulf support before purchasing a large denomination.

Step-by-step: redeeming in store

  1. Find a participating Crocs store. Gulf e-gift card terms point shoppers to the Apparel Group store locator to identify eligible branches.
  2. Choose your items and take them to the till.
  3. Show the code before payment is processed — either the printed code, the email or SMS, or the barcode or QR code on your phone screen.
  4. The cashier keys or scans the code. Pay any remaining balance by card or cash.
  5. Keep your receipt. Returns and exchanges on gift-card purchases follow the retailer's normal policy.

Where to find the code

For a digital card bought from Aussui, the code arrives by email as part of the instant delivery, and is also visible in your Aussui account order history. Expect a long card number, and in many markets a separate PIN or security code. Some Gulf e-gift cards are delivered as a barcode or QR image rather than a typed number — in that case the image itself is what the cashier scans.

On a physical plastic card, the number is printed on the back. The PIN is usually under a scratch-off panel. Scratch it gently: a damaged PIN is the most common reason a valid card gets rejected, and it is slow to fix.

Treat the code like cash. Anyone who sees the number and PIN can spend the balance, and Crocs' terms make clear that balances are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Regional restrictions — read this before buying

Crocs gift cards are not international. The clearest published example is between North American markets: the Canadian gift card terms state plainly that Crocs gift cards purchased in the United States may not be used in Canada, and that the Canadian card is for Crocs-owned stores and kiosks in Canada. The same logic applies across the Gulf. Buy the card in the currency and country where it will actually be spent.

Gulf-specific conditions published with Crocs e-gift cards for the UAE and Saudi Arabia are stricter than the US flow, and are worth knowing in advance:

  • Redeemable for merchandise at Crocs stores in that country, with outlet mall locations excluded.
  • One voucher per transaction — you cannot stack several codes on a single purchase.
  • No partial redemption on some card types. Where that condition applies, the card must be used against its full value in a single purchase, and any unused portion is lost rather than kept as a balance.
  • Once issued, the card cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended or refunded.

Those terms come from an authorised Gulf distributor of the brand's cards, not from Crocs' global site, and they may not apply identically to every card type or every emirate and city. If "no partial redemption" applies to your card, buying a value close to your intended spend matters more than usual.

On expiry: the US terms say funds expire after five consecutive years of non-use unless local law prohibits it. GCC consumer rules on voucher validity differ by country, so check the terms printed on your specific card rather than assuming five years.

Denominations and currencies

Aussui sells Crocs digital gift cards in 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 150, 250 and 500, in SAR, BHD, OMR, QAR and AED, for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Not every value is offered in every currency — the higher figures in particular behave very differently in BHD or OMR than in SAR or AED — so the live list at checkout is the authoritative one. Match the currency to the country where the recipient will shop.

What to do if the code will not work

Work through these in order before contacting anyone:

  1. Check the storefront. A GCC card on the US site is the single most common failure. Confirm the site's country selector matches your card.
  2. Re-enter the code carefully. Copy and paste rather than typing. Remove trailing spaces, and do not add dashes that are not in the code.
  3. Check for a PIN field you missed. Some checkouts only reveal the PIN box after the card number validates.
  4. Check the balance. Balance lookups typically need both the card number and PIN, and in store a cashier can usually check it for you.
  5. Look for a single-use or full-value condition. If the card has already been used once and your terms bar partial redemption, the code will read as empty even though you spent less than its face value.
  6. Try in store instead of online, or vice versa. If one channel rejects the code, the other sometimes accepts it — which itself tells you the card is channel-restricted.
  7. Contact the right party. For redemption problems, contact Crocs support for your region; in the Gulf that is Crocs Gulf customer service, reachable through crocsgulf.com. For delivery problems — a code that never arrived, or arrived unreadable — contact the seller you bought from, such as Aussui.

Have the order confirmation, the card number, the date of purchase and a screenshot of the error ready. It shortens the exchange considerably.

What we could not confirm

Crocs does not publish a single global gift card help page, and redemption details are spread across market-specific storefronts and distributor terms. Two points remain genuinely open: whether Gulf-issued Crocs gift cards are accepted as an online payment method on crocsgulf.com in every country it serves, and whether partial redemption is permitted on all Gulf card types or only some. Both are stated inconsistently across published sources. The terms delivered with your own card override anything on this page.
