How to Use and Redeem a CCC Gift Card: Step-by-Step Guide for Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Oman
To use a CCC gift card in the Gulf, you present the gift card code at the CCC store's billing counter and the cashier applies the value to your purchase — that is the redemption method stated in the terms published by Gulf eGift distributors such as iCard and YouGotaGift for the Saudi, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman CCC store cards. There is no separate activation step, no account to register, and no PIN entry on a website in the Gulf flow: the code itself is the payment instrument. The one detail most people get wrong is that these regional CCC eGift cards are typically issued as single-use, full-value cards — the published terms say partial redemption is not allowed and the full value must be spent in one transaction. Europe works differently, and that difference is covered below.
What you receive when you buy
A digital CCC gift card is delivered as an email or on-screen voucher containing a code (sometimes labelled "gift card number" or "key"), the face value, the currency, and the market it is tied to. Cards bought from Aussui are delivered instantly after payment, so the code is usable as soon as it arrives — there is no waiting period or activation call.
Check three things in the delivery email before you go shopping:
- The country label. CCC eGift cards in this region are sold as market-specific products — "CCC Saudi Store", "CCC Qatar Store", "CCC Bahrain Store", "CCC Oman Store". The label is not decoration; it determines where the code works.
- The currency. QAR, BHD, SAR and OMR cards are separate products and are not interchangeable.
- Any expiry date printed on the voucher. Distributor terms state that expired eGift cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded, so treat the printed date as final.
Step-by-step: redeeming in a CCC store
- Open the delivery email or the order page and locate the gift card code. Keep it on your phone screen or print it — you will need to show it, not just read it aloud.
- Shop at a CCC store in the same country as the card (Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia or Oman, matching the card's label).
- Take your items to the billing counter and tell the cashier you are paying with a CCC eGift card before the transaction is totalled.
- Present the code. The cashier enters or scans it and applies the value.
- Pay any remaining balance with another method if your basket costs more than the card's face value.
- Keep the email until you have left the store and are sure you will not return the items.
Because the Gulf terms describe one-time, full-value redemption, plan a basket that is equal to or greater than the card's value. If you spend less, the unused difference is generally forfeited rather than saved as a balance. If you have several cards, ask the cashier whether they can be combined in one transaction — that is permitted in some markets and store systems, but it is not something we could confirm as a universal rule for all four countries.
Where to find the code
The code appears in the body of the delivery email and, usually, again in your order history on the store you purchased from. Physical CCC cards sold in Europe carry a PIN on the back under a scratch panel; Gulf digital cards issued through the regional distributors typically carry a code only. If your voucher does show both a card number and a PIN, keep both — some point-of-sale systems ask for the PIN as verification.
Online use: what is confirmed and what is not
This is the point where sources genuinely disagree, so it is worth being precise.
- Europe (Poland and CCC's own ccc.eu channel): CCC's gift card there is an omnichannel Modivo-issued card. Published guidance describes selecting "Gift Card" as the payment method in the online store or app and entering the card number and PIN, with the card usable multiple times until the balance runs out, and usable in CCC, HalfPrice and eobuwie stores. That flow does not apply to Gulf-issued cards.
- Gulf markets: the distributor terms for the Saudi, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman CCC eGift cards describe in-store redemption at the billing counter. The same terms carry an Apparel Group exclusion list stating the eGift card is not redeemable on the group's e-commerce sites. Whether any given CCC Gulf card can be applied at checkout on a local CCC or partner website is therefore not confirmed — some listings imply online use, the distributor terms point the other way. Treat in-store as the reliable path and verify online use with CCC customer service or the terms on your own voucher before assuming it will work.
Redemption can also differ by app version and by store system. If the CCC or partner app in your country shows a gift card field at checkout, that is worth trying with a Gulf card, but do not plan a purchase around it.
Regional restrictions
The restrictions that appear consistently across the Gulf listings:
- Country lock. A Saudi card is redeemable at CCC stores in Saudi Arabia, a Qatar card in Qatar, and so on. A QAR card will not work in Muscat, and an OMR card will not work in Manama.
- Outlet malls excluded. The terms for the regional CCC eGift cards state they are redeemable for merchandise at CCC stores except outlet malls.
- No cash withdrawal. The card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to cash.
- No extension after expiry. Expired cards cannot be reinstated.
Store lists change, so before travelling to a specific mall, confirm that the branch is a standard CCC store and not an outlet location.
Denominations
CCC gift cards on Aussui are sold in values of 5, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000, in QAR, BHD, SAR and OMR for Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Oman respectively. Not every value is offered in every currency — BHD and OMR are high-value currencies, so the practical range in those markets sits at the lower end of the list. Check the live product page for what is actually available in your market rather than assuming the full ladder exists everywhere.
Given the single-transaction rule, buying one card that matches your intended spend is usually better than buying several small ones.
If the code does not work
- Check the country match first. A mismatched market is the most common cause of a rejected code.
- Check the store type. Outlet mall branches are excluded under the published terms.
- Re-enter carefully. Codes are long; confusion between 0/O and 1/I is frequent. Ask the cashier to type it from the email rather than from a photograph of a screen.
- Check the expiry date on the voucher.
- Ask whether the card was already used. Because Gulf cards are single-use, one prior redemption empties them entirely, even for a smaller purchase.
- Contact CCC customer service in your country with the code and the purchase confirmation. Store staff can usually check status on the point-of-sale system; a public online balance checker for the Gulf CCC card was not something we could verify.
- Contact the seller. If the code was never delivered or appears invalid on first use, go back to the retailer you bought from with your order reference.
Before you buy
Confirm the recipient's country, pick the matching currency, and choose a value that fits a realistic single purchase. Read the terms attached to the specific card you are buying — they are the authoritative version, and they vary between distributors more than the brand name suggests.
