A three-step check before you pay

1. Open your Steam account and note the country it is set to.
2. Pick the Steam gift card listed for that same region on this page.
3. Read the checkout carefully. If the card region and the country on your order do not match, a region warning appears. That warning is there to stop a mismatch before it happens, so take it seriously.

Delivery

After you pay through our secure checkout, the Steam code appears in your Aussui account. Please double-check that address before paying. Once the code arrives, keep it private, since anyone who has it can use it. Most codes appear in your Aussui account within 30 seconds of payment.

Gifting a Steam gift card

If you are buying for a friend, ask which country their Steam account uses before ordering. A thoughtful gift can go wrong if the region is off, and it takes only a moment to confirm.

Redemption

Steam manages its own redemption process, and its screens can change, so we do not reproduce those steps here. Follow the instructions shown in your Steam account.

Wrong region?

If you realise you have ordered a Steam gift card for the wrong region, stop before redeeming it. Email support@aussui.com with your order number and explain what happened.
