Terms & Conditions By using a Spotify Gift Card, eGift Card, Premium Code, or PIN (collectively referred to as the "Card"), you agree to the following terms:

.Acceptance of Spotify’s Terms: The Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use, available at Spotify Legal, are part of these terms. They include provisions on data collection, service use, applicable law, and arbitration (if applicable).

.Redemption: The Card is only redeemable for full-price standalone Premium subscriptions and cannot be used for discounted or group subscriptions (e.g., student discounts, family plans, trial offers, or bundled services).

.No Cash Value: The Card cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, returned, or resold, except where legally required.

.Account Requirements: To redeem the Card, you must have or register for a Spotify account in the country where the Card was purchased. Age restrictions apply as outlined in the Spotify Terms.

.Redemption Process: Redeem your Card at Spotify Redeem.

.Expiration: Cards must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. After this period, the PIN will expire, and the Card will no longer be valid.

.Single-Use: The Card is for one-time use; the full value will be applied upon redemption, and partial use or incremental credit is not allowed.

.Liability: Spotify and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained Cards or unauthorized use.

.Provider: The Card is issued by Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, registration number 556703-7485.

.Precedence: In the event of any conflict between these terms and those printed on the Card, these terms will prevail.
