This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for cancellations, replacements, and refunds provided by Aussui to ensure a seamless and trouble-free experience for our customers. Please review the refund policy below:

Can I return the product I purchased and receive a refund?

A product key can be returned for a refund in the following cases:

  1. Before the Product Code is Viewed: If you have not yet displayed the product code.

  2. Issue with the Product Code: If the product code is invalid or has been previously used.



I have already displayed the key, and I want to return it?

If you change your mind after viewing the key and wish to return it for a refund, unfortunately, this is not possible. We are a digital key marketplace, not a platform, and the seller of your product is not the direct publisher of the key. Therefore, they do not have the technical means to revoke or deactivate a viewed key.

Automatic Refunds

If you did not proceed with or declined to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, you will automatically receive a refund.

Policy Changes:

Aussui reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.

By making a purchase on Aussui, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Note: Please be aware that refunds may not match the exact amount initially paid due to fees associated with the payment gateway. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
