Note: I Am Alive is not designed to be compatible with Crossfire and SLI setups. If you encounter performance issues, try temporarily disabling SLI/Crossfire as part of your troubleshooting process.

The game is enhanced for PC with higher resolutions, sharper graphics, and fully customizable graphics settings. Experience the atmosphere of a destroyed city, navigate through toxic dust and rubble, and engage in intimidation-based combat where ammo is scarce and deception is key to survival. Additionally, the PC version offers new ways to experience the game, including an Easy mode with infinite retries and a Replay mode to uncover secrets and alternate paths. However, please be aware that as of November 19th, 2018, the online features for the game, including Multiplayer/Co-op mode, are no longer supported.
