Step 1: Open the Swiggy App or Website

• Log in to your Swiggy account (via phone/email)

Step 2: Go to Account > Gift Cards

• Tap your profile picture

• Navigate to “Gift Cards” section

Step 3: Redeem the Gift Card

• Tap “Add Gift Card”

• Enter your 16-digit gift card code and PIN (if applicable)

• Tap Redeem – the balance will be credited to your Swiggy Money

Step 4: Use Swiggy Money at Checkout

• Place an order

• At payment, Swiggy Money will be used first

• If more payment is needed, pay the rest via UPI, card, or wallet

• Typically valid for 12 months from date of issue

• Expiry is included in the email or message
