Step 1: Log In to Flipkart

 

• Open the Flipkart app or go to flipkart.com

• Log in with your registered mobile number or email

•  

Step 2: Go to “My Account” > “Gift Cards”

• Navigate to My Account > My Wallet > Gift Cards

•  

Step 3: Add the Gift Card Code

• Click on “Redeem Gift Card”

• Enter your 16-digit card number and 6-digit PIN

• Click Apply : the amount will be credited to your Flipkart Wallet balance

•  

Step 4: Use the Balance During Checkout

• Shop normally and go to checkout

• Your Gift Card balance will be applied automatically

• If needed, pay the remaining amount using card/UPI/EMI/other options

Common issues:

• Entering incorrect card number or PIN

• Attempting to use an expired or already-redeemed card

• Trying to redeem a card from the wrong region or platform

• Gift card not yet activated by the seller
