    • However, Aussui cannot guarantee the complete prevention of fraud. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Aussui is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from fraudulent activities, including but not limited to unauthorized transactions or identity theft.

  2. Customer Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account details, including usernames, passwords, and payment details. Aussui will not be held responsible for any fraudulent transactions resulting from compromised customer accounts.
    • In the event of suspected fraud, Aussui reserves the right to cancel or hold any order until further verification is completed. This process is to ensure the safety and security of all customers.

    • If you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account, you must immediately contact Aussui’s customer support team. Aussui will investigate the matter and take appropriate action; however, Aussui does not guarantee a refund or compensation for any losses incurred due to fraud.
