From Santa Monica Studio, in collaboration with Jetpack Interactive, comes God of War Ragnarök—an epic and emotional journey following Kratos and Atreus as they navigate the challenges of holding on and letting go.

God of War Ragnarök is the sequel to the critically acclaimed God of War (2018). It begins during the harsh Fimbulwinter, as Kratos and Atreus embark on a quest across the Nine Realms, seeking answers while Odin’s forces in Asgard prepare for the prophesied end of the world.

On their journey, they’ll explore mythical landscapes, battle fearsome Norse gods and monsters, and confront difficult choices as the threat of Ragnarök looms. Kratos and Atreus must decide between the safety of their family and the safety of the realms.

A Future, Unwritten

Atreus seeks knowledge about the prophecy of "Loki" and his role in Ragnarök, while Kratos faces a difficult choice: will he be bound by the fear of repeating his mistakes, or will he break free to become the father Atreus needs?
