Redeem Your Zepto Gift Card

Step 1: Open the Zepto App or Website

  • Log in using your mobile number or OTP

Step 2: Go to “My Account” > “Gift Cards”

  • Tap your profile icon

  • Go to the Gift Cards section

Step 3: Add Your Gift Card

  • Click “Add Gift Card”

  • Enter the 16-digit gift card number and PIN

  • Tap Redeem — the amount will be added to your Zepto Wallet or Credits

Step 4: Use During Checkout

  • Shop for groceries and place your order

  • On the payment page, your gift card balance will be automatically applied

  • Use UPI/card/wallet for any remaining balance if needed

Important Info About Zepto Gift Cards

✔ Validity

  • Typically valid for 6–12 months from the date of issue

  • Expiry details are mentioned in your confirmation message

✔ Balance Check

  • Log in to your Zepto account

  • Go to Gift Card or Wallet section

  • View your current balance and past redemptions

Troubleshooting – Zepto Gift Card Not Working?

Possible issues:

  • Expired or already redeemed card

  • Typo in the code or incorrect PIN

  • Trying to use on an unregistered or unverified account

  • Region not supported by Zepto delivery
