How to Redeem a Salik Gift Card

Redeem Your Salik Gift Card

Option 1: Salik Website

  1. Go to salik.ae

  2. Log in to your account

  3. Click on "Recharge Account"

  4. Choose “Recharge by Recharge Card”

  5. Enter the 12-digit card number

  6. Click Submit – the balance will be added

Option 2: Salik App

  1. Open the Salik app

  2. Go to Recharge section

  3. Tap “Recharge with Card”

  4. Enter your Salik tag number and gift card number

  5. Tap Confirm

Option 3: Via SMS

  1. Send a message in the format:
    R Your Salik Tag Number Recharge Card Number
    Example: R 123456 987654321012

  2. Send it to: 5959 (Etisalat or du)

  3. You’ll receive a confirmation message after successful recharge

Important Info About Salik Gift Cards

✔ Available Denominations

  • AED 50, AED 100, AED 200, and more

✔ Validity

  • Most cards are valid for up to 1 year from date of purchase

  • The balance added to your Salik account does not expire

✔ Balance Check

  • Log in to salik.ae or use the app to see your available balance

Troubleshooting – Salik Gift Card Not Working?

Common issues include:

  • Incorrect or expired card number

  • Salik tag not activated

  • Card already redeemed

  • Format error in SMS recharge
