Redeem Your Myntra Gift Card

Step 1: Log In to Your Myntra Account

  • Visit Myntra.com or open the app

  • Log in with your registered mobile number/email

Step 2: Go to My Account > Myntra Credit

  • Tap your profile icon

  • Navigate to Myntra Credit > Gift Card

Step 3: Redeem the Gift Card

  • Enter the 16-digit gift card number and 6-digit PIN

  • Tap “Add to Wallet” — the amount is credited to your Myntra Credit balance

Step 4: Use Balance During Checkout

  • Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout

  • The balance will be automatically applied

  • You can pay any remaining amount with card, UPI, net banking, or wallet

Important Information About Myntra Gift Cards

✔ Validity

  • Usually valid for 12 months from date of issue

  • Expiry is listed in the gift card email or SMS

✔ Balance Check

Troubleshooting – Myntra Gift Card Not Working?

Common reasons:

  • Card expired or already redeemed

  • Entered incorrect code or PIN

  • Gift card not added to the wallet before checkout

  • App needs an update
