Redeem your FNAC Gift Card

In-Store Redemption

  1. Present your physical gift card or show the barcode from your eGift card email

  2. The cashier will scan it and apply the amount to your total

  3. You can combine with other payment methods if needed

Online Redemption

  1. Go to your country’s FNAC website

  2. Log in or create a FNAC account

  3. Add products to your cart

  4. At checkout, select “Gift Card” as payment method

  5. Enter your gift card number and PIN code

  6. Click Apply to use your balance
