Redeem Your Bigbasket Gift Card
Step 1: Log In to Your Bigbasket Account

Open the Bigbasket app or go to the website

Sign in using your registered mobile number or email
Step 2: Go to “My Account” > “Gift Cards”

Tap your profile icon

Select “My Gift Cards” or search "Redeem Gift Card"
Step 3: Redeem Your Gift Card

Enter your 16-digit gift card number and 6-digit PIN

Tap “Redeem” – the amount will be added to your Bigbasket Wallet
Step 4: Use Wallet Balance at Checkout

Shop as usual and go to checkout

Your gift card balance will be auto-applied

If your total exceeds the wallet balance, pay the remaining using UPI, card, or net banking

Common issues:

Card has expired or already been redeemed

Typo in card number or PIN

Card is not yet activated
-
Not supported for some offers or express services (e.g. bbnow)
