Roguelike:

Access new zones and rooms only after acquiring specific items, tools, or abilities. Each run can reveal new paths and secrets — encouraging exploration, smart upgrades, and persistence.

🧪 About the Game
As the Prisoner, your body is temporary — every death means starting over from the dungeon's depths. But death is not the end: you retain certain upgrades and knowledge, letting you edge further into the sprawling, ever-changing castle each time.
Along your path, you’ll collect weapons, tools, treasures, and Cells — the in-game currency used to unlock permanent upgrades and new levels. But beware: die before spending them, and you lose it all.
You must survive long enough to reach shops and safe zones between levels — or risk losing every bit of your progress.

📖 What’s the Story?
You are The Prisoner — and you’ve been trying to escape the cursed island’s dungeons for a long, long time.
As you battle your way through each biome, a rich backstory unfolds:
A devastating plague called “The Malaise” swept across the island, reducing its once-glorious population to hollow, zombie-like husks. Your goal? Fight through the chaos, reach the throne room, and slay the corrupted King.
But every time you do… the cycle resets.
Each new run reveals more lore, more fragments of truth, and a growing sense that you may be your own worst enemy.
