Rakuten Kobo Gift Cards

The Rakuten Kobo gift card is available on Aussui for seven countries, and each card is issued for one of them. Match the card to the country of the Kobo account and you will avoid the most likely problem.

Australia and New Zealand have separate cards, and so do the Netherlands and France. Do not assume a card for one covers the other.

Checking the account country

Before you pick a listing, check which country the Kobo account is registered in. If you are buying for someone else, ask them. It is a small step that makes a big difference, and it saves the recipient from receiving a code that does not suit the account they actually use.

Payment and your code

Our secure checkout shows a region warning when the region of your Rakuten Kobo gift card is different from the country on your order. When the payment goes through, the code is added to your Aussui account. Most codes appear in your Aussui account within 30 seconds of payment. Some orders require a short verification before the code appears; once it is finished, the code is displayed.
