To activate an Apple iTunes Card, follow these steps:
1 .Log in to your iTunes account (If you don't have an account, you can create one here).
2 .Go to the Store section of the app and select the Redeem button.
3 .Enter your Gift Card code in the redeem section that appears.
Ensure your gift card matches your region/country. Always check the gift card restrictions on the product page.
Apple Gift Card Activation
1 .Open the App Store on your device.
2 .Tap the sign-in button or your photo at the top of the screen.
3 .Select Redeem Gift Card or Code. If you don’t see this option, sign in with your Apple ID.
4 .Follow the instructions to enter the code and hit Redeem.
