You can redeem your Mango gift card either online or in-store:

Option 1: Online at Mango.com

1. Add your favorite items to the shopping bag.

2. Go to Checkout.

3. On the Payment page, select “Gift Card.”

4. Enter your gift card number and PIN.

5. Click Apply — your balance will be deducted automatically.

Option 2: In-Store at Mango

• Show your physical card or digital barcode at the register.

• The cashier will scan or enter the code manually.

• Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.

✔ Expiration & Validity

• Valid for 12 months from the issue date

• Use the balance before it expires

• No service fees or extra charges

✔ Check Your Balance

• Go to Mango.com > Gift Card section

• Enter your card number and PIN

• Or ask at the store checkout

Common Issues:

• The card has expired

• You're on the wrong country or region site

• You’ve entered an incorrect code or PIN
