How to Redeem an AJIO Gift Card

Redeem Your AJIO Gift Card

Step 1: Log in to Your AJIO Account

• Open the AJIO app or website

• Log in with your registered mobile number or email

Step 2: Go to “My Account” > “AJIO Wallet”

• Tap Wallet under your account section

• Select “Gift Cards”

Step 3: Redeem Your Gift Card

• Click on “Add Gift Card”

• Enter the 16-digit gift card number and PIN code

• Tap “Redeem” — the balance will be added to your AJIO Wallet

Step 4: Use Balance at Checkout

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout

• Select AJIO Wallet or Gift Card as payment method

• If your wallet balance is insufficient, pay the rest via UPI, card, or net banking

Important Information About AJIO Gift Cards

✔ Validity

• Generally valid for 12 months from the date of issue

• Expiry date will be mentioned in your gift card email/SMS

✔ Balance Check

• Visit My Wallet > Gift Cards

• The redeemed amount and balance will be visible

Common issues:

• Incorrect gift card code or expired PIN

• Already redeemed or expired

• Not added to wallet before use

• Account or regional restrictions
